Hi everyone, been hypo for 2 years now and still don't feel well (fatigue, depressed, anxious, no appetite) I'm currently on 125mg of levo and my latest results were TSH-0.07, free thyroxine 17.2, cortisol 237, free t3 5.1. Thanks xx

Have been reading through the thread after your post of three months ago. There was advice about which tests to have done - but cannot see the results. Please read through your previous post and see what may be helpful.

We need the ranges of your test results - as they do differ from lab to lab :-)

Did you have your Anti-bodies checked ? Also B12 - Ferritin - folate - B12 - VitD

Pburns, your thyroid results look good and you would appear to be optimally medicated on thyroxine. What was the result of the B12 test your endo did? I would also ask your GP to check ferritin, vitamin D and folate as low levels are common in hypothyroid patients and can cause low mood amongst other things.
