I just wanted to say my change of diet... Has TOTALLY made 100% difference... I have been hypo for 5 years.. On 100mic thyroxine , put 3 St on... Felt sooo unhappy/tired/ worn out/ brain fog/ dry hair/ extra ... Couldn't loose weight at all.. Now I found Juice Plus... You eat real clean ordinary food, plus extra vitamins from fruits n veg (25 types)

So I've now lost 10 lb and am feeling sooooo awake ... I feel cheerful and have more energy. Amazing ..I gave up caffeine / sugar ( had 6 cups with 2 sugars in) never EVER thought I could give sugar up.. But I use agave syrup now to sweeten... Eat real good food and loosing weight.. No processed food at all.. No additives ...
