Motherelle, Tiromel is the Turkish brand and Uni-Pharma the Greek brand.
Liothyronine is what to ask for - that should work in either language as it is used throughout the world as a standard name. However, in Greek it appears to be λειοθυρονίνη. (Thanks to on-line translation - not my amazing classical eduction.)
Sometimes it gets referred to as triiodothyronine in which case Turkish is triiyodotironin and Greek is τριιωδοθυρονίνη.
Asking for T3 is possibly not the best approach as it is not the usual name of a medicine - just the way we refer to it to save typing. Pharmacists are less likely to use that.
