Thyroid UK link needed please

A member recently posted a link to Thyroid UK about Low FT4/ FT3 and that both FT4 or FT3 need to be in the top half, top third, top quarter or top fifth of the range for your thyroid to be working at it's best.

Can someone point me to this link please, i need to get it printed off, it was written by a top Thyroid Doctor.
