Hi everyone, I have been reading all the great info on iodine and I have come to the conclusion that the purchase I have just made could be bad for me. I have bought a magnesium powder that was recommended to me and it includes the above quantity of iodine
I think perhaps I should send it back even though it doesn't sound a lot which is a real shame as I wnated to try the product because if the other ingredients.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a powdered Magnesium that doesn't have iodine?
Thanks
