Been getting quiet slot of headaches

When l get these headaches which are on top of head,side of temples,or back of head above neck area.also sometimes feel sick at same time

Could be absolutely anything causing them. Start by ruling out obvious things like vision, ie get your eyes tested or dental. Then start looking at foods or additives that could cause them. Stress/tension can also cause headaches. It could also be any medication you are on.

That's for replying......could be meds,or need to get,lack of b12 can cause if or BBC. Recently low,but we're see ,as seeing doctor tomorrow.

It was definitely low B12 that caused my headaches.

Could l ask you something,as not sure if it's connected to this as well,but lve been getting pains in my chest,feel sick as well......is this connected to b12''.

No other symptoms for me apart from the migraines that I can remember off the top of my head. Good luck with your appointment.

Actually, yes, my skin improved a lot after remedying the deficiency. the skin on my arms became smooth and all the bumpiness disappeared.

Ok ,had none of those simtioms......but can relate with my headaches now,have read up b12,but you know how it is,you need confirming that it's connected to how your feel g,once again thank you xx
