deep dark well

Hi Have Hashimotos,Has anyone else felt like they are falling down a deep dark well when also feeling fatigued.I feel I have to push myself through every minute of the day .Have not been able to function for past year ,after 14 yrs of Hashimotos.

It's a real bummer that, even when you find a medication sweet spot, your body decides unilaterally to move on to a different path and leaves you just standing there with your jaw dropped, isn't it? Been there recently meself.

Are your Adrenals struggling, perhaps? Will your doc test for that sort of thing? If not you could try a good quality Adrenal Support supplement anyway. It might do much good, and will not do any harm, even if not needed. Amazon do several, some vegetarian, some animal based.

Yes I have it too and I feel the same way. It's a hard thing to deal with. I struggle with this every day you just don't feel your self most of the time. So we are in the same boat here.
