Hi I have hashimotos my daughter is being checked she's 13 last year her tsh was 4.97 July this year she was at 2. 9 this week she was tested again and she's at 1.9 is this normal for a drop like that we are still waiting g for her antibodies to come back x

I suggest you contact your lab - leaving the GP and surgery out of the chain - either directly or, if necessary, through your local PALS. And get the response in writing (e.g. "Please could you drop that in an email to me?", all innocently).
I also have a 13 year old and have been told there are no special ranges for this age group but the results can fluctuate due to hormonal changes.
My son had TSH of 5.8 when he had an ear infection. 8 weeks later it was 1.5
He is being monitored closely because he has a goiter
