Hi Lifeback, don't worry about moaning, we all need to grumble at times. Can you post your recent thyroid blood results with the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) as it helps members to comment/advise and to see whether your thyroid dose is optimal.

Hypothyroid patients often have low/deficient ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate and these may present with pain, fatigue and low mood very similar to hypothyroid symptoms. You may wish to ask your GP to check them out.

Many of us have poor appetite but it is important to eat well nevertheless. Small frequent meals are recommended and can stimulate appetite.

Lifeback, post a new question when you have your results. Try salt water gargle for the throat. I hope you'll feel better soon.

Poor you, that sounds awful. Have you tried anything besides levo? Keeping in mind I've had lots of ups and downs (so can't claim any expertise), I was very bloated on levo alone and as soon as I started taking a bit of t3 that improved no end.

You have no idea how awful this thyroid nonsense can be until you experience it for yourself.

I just wanted you to know that Fibromyalgia is sometimes considered a symptom of Hypothyroidism. Many people s fibromyalgia is magically cured with proper thyroid treatment. Alternative doc's use t3, seems low t3 levels are a reason for pain.
