Hmmm so what do these results imply...

FT4 - 13.8 (12.0-22.0)

TSH - 10.72 (0.27-4.20)

FT3 - 405 (4.0-6.8)

FT4 - 11.3 (12.0-22.0)

TSH - 6.35 (0.27-4.20)

I've been off Levo for 6-8 months now as it made no difference. For some reason my FT4 always seems to be in range, well kind of. Its the TSH thats way out.

Can anyone shed light on this as to why it is...?

It, what time of day were the tests? TSH & FT4 fluctuate throughout the day but I doubt the variation of 4 TSH points is solely due to that.

Hashimotos would cause the swing with the TSH. FT4 dropping as your thyroid is struggling to produce any and you have stopped medication. FT3 on the floor suggesting a conversion problem.....

I would have thought T4/T3 would be much much lower seeing as I have Hashi..no?
