Urgent for TUK Admins Genova have taken money so test successful. How do I get my results?

Hi guys, I just checked my account and Genova have taken my money. But I have no results in my email. How do I get the resultsof my RT3? Lyn Mynott is on the practitioners section and I know this gets shredded on arrival. What do I do? Very worried Ive just paid 107E for no results. Any ideas?

i have used genova they post the results to you takes about two weeks

Reverse T3 tests are performed by Genova in the US, so the service is not quick. They get the blood in the UK, then they have to process it in some way so that it survives the journey to the US. I think the turnaround time for reverse T3 testing is 2 weeks or thereabouts. All results are sent via paper mail, rather than via email.

I have not had a problem with the service.

I posted my thyroid plus last wed and got the results today and i live in scotland
