Thanks for that Siskin. It was interesting to see the NZ perspective.

Just one point though, I was concerned to read the conversion table where it says that 1 grain NDT is approx equivelant to 100 mcg Levo. I've seen a similar conversion table linked here, but I think it's misleading: as I understand it , 1 grain NDT approximates to 38mcg T4 + 9mcg T3 and as T3 is roughly equivalent to 4 x T4, a grain equates to about 74 mcg T4.

NDT varies slightly from one make to another of course, but Nature Throid as an example, shows the equivalent strengths here nature-throid.com/available...
