Sleep aid

Hi just wondering if any of you have suffered with really bad insomnia like I am doing , I went through a phase just before diagnosed with over active thyroid , now 7 months into meds Carbi , it's awful cant sleep for feeling dizzy I'm sat crying I don't know what to do I have a lil boy surely I should be feeling better , go has given me done zolprozone sleeping tablets I only managed to take half 3.5 not last nite night before , go days to take every other night short course I hate taking meds , will it interfere with my Carbi , I just can't go another night no sleep should I demand some blood tests not had any since beginning of June I'm not feeling too good.

Has your Carbimazole dose always been the same? Or have they dropped it down?
