I'm still not eating very much but I've gained 4 pounds in 3 weeks. I just double my Levo dose this morn to 50mg on your recommendation after a week of 25mg.
Thyroid has gone from 3.58 to 4.6 in the same space of time.
However. My stomach Looks and feels flatter and everyone is saying my face looks narrower.
Can any one give me any clarity or insight - what's with the dramatic weight gain (were up to about 16pounds over all - 14 of them since March)?

Weight gain can be a clinical symptom of hypothyroidism before diagnosis.
Weight gain is usually a side effect of levothyroxine when not on an optimum dose or the TSH not low enough. Once of the biggest complaints, I think, of many people.
