So did I take it too early? Should I have tried 7am?
Felt much more alert getting up. But a bit too alert. Bit jittery, anxious.....possibly over stimulated adrenals??
Does any one have any thoughts?
I'd love a bit of guidance.

Is your morning cortisol definitely below range because CT3M is only for people with low morning levels? You may have given yourself too much of a surge.
can you clarify Hennerton .Is this method only if saliva cortisol is below range or even if in low part of the normal range?
Yes, it is to improve cortisol levels, where they are low. If your morning levels are good, you should not do it. There is a very good book by Paul Robinson who discovered this method and if you want to know more, also a website, specifically for people using it. Why did you decide you needed to do it?
Sorry I did not actually clarify. My understanding is that you would be below range but read his book and all will be revealed I think. It is very informative on using T3 generally and is called "Recovering with T3".
Hi Hennerton,
I am aware of the Paul's method - I think I am just quite confused as to where my cortisol levels truly are. In Jan I had blood and urine cortisol done and it was high but my saliva shows low, low, high, high, but still within range. I have been taking my T3 dose in the am but may try it in the evening to see if it makes a difference.
If your cortisol levels are all in range, what was the comment from the lab who did them. Was it Genova? They normally give an overview of where you are, adrenal wise. My feeling is that if you are in range, maybe you do not need to worry and if you feel unwell, perhaps something else is the problem?
