Welcome to the forum, Menothyro.

It will help members to comment if you post how much DHA and EPA you are currently taking.

Thank-you Clutter, I am currently out of my omega 3 supp but through my research i have read higher DHA to EPA or same amounts of each is best. I really just want to make sure i am not doing it backwards before i took higher EPA based on research online but have since read it is the opposite???. Info is contradictory so i thought i might find an answer here before i buy more. Thanks anyway but still confused! :)
