Thanks Louise I am trying this supplement although reading those articles it's only safe for short term use I'll let you know if after one supply anything happens with weight loss x

Hi Bossbird, I havent personally tried CLA and Id be interested to hear your results.. one website I just found though suggests that on its on CLA doesnt do much and works best with a reduced calorie diet. Is there any peer reviewed evidence that it works for people with underactice thyroid?

Have you tried Juice plus?
