Folic acid in blood serum

I am hypothyroid patient.Now taking 142.86mcg thyroxine daily.I receieved my folic acid level report from lab today .The level is 5.93ng/ml and the reference range is 3.1-20.5ng/ml.I am receiving neurobion injection after two month to cover the vit b12 deficiency.Should I take folic acid?My vit b12 level last month was 336.

Naveed,

I don't know enough about this to advise. Perhaps you could ask your endo next time you have the injection.

Hampster1 is expert on B12 and folate, perhaps you could put her name into the HU search box and read through her posts.
