Correct levels for Thyroid Antibodies (thyroid peroxidase)?

I finally have access to my blood results wooo!

My thyroid antibodies test was >600 iu/ml. What does this mean?!

Im not sure why they don't when theyve gone to the bother of testing you. Mine didn't either. Although when i first asked to be tested i was told there was no point as the treatment would be the same. Its always nice to know what you have, even if they cant treat it!!!

Mine is over a 1000 and despite all sorts of efforts I can not reduce it. I have 6 monthly blood tests and my TSH is as low as yours without medication. Lets hope it continues.

Do you have a goiter? From my reading on these boards you have auto immune thyroiditis. Hashimotos is apparently a goiter with high peroxidase.

Forgot to add that I hope your tsh is being monitored by regular blood tests?
