R B12 and Folate

B12 256 ng/L (191-663)

Serum folate

Not Reportable

So eeng has advised that this means "undetectable" for folate? I though it meant they didnt test it! What do others think?

I haven't a clue to be honest but having said that and recently finding that a folate result was below the range I would certainly make enquiries at your surgery.

I can only answer re B12 which is too low. You should aim towards the upper end. It can cause symptoms if low. If you supplement it must be methylcobalamin B12 and you can buy products through Amazon. You can buy sublingual which means it goes straight into bloodstream or ordinary ones.
