Anyone know of a good 'all in one thyroid supplement' that gives all relevant C,B,D vitamins etc to support this illness?

Nutri do a Thyro Complex, can't remember exactly what is in it as my pot is at home, but it seems to cover most things.

Nutri thyro complex has really high levels of some of the B vitamins which you can't take long term. I'm not sure why they don't do a therapeutic version (high levels to treat deficiency) and an everyday one that you can take long term.
