I am 100 percent sure I am having some sort of hormone issues after a bad brain injury/car accident. All the symptoms of hypothyroidism yet GP says results normal.

Without the reference ranges, the results don’t tell us a lot, but if you have had an impact and a brain injury, then surely your GP should be seeing a large red flag that says hypopituitarism, apart from anything else?
Just google “hypopituitarism after traumatic brain injury” and see what comes up.
You don't give the ranges but your T4 result may be near the bottom of the range. What are your symptoms? As reallyfedup says, you may have central/secondary hypothyroidism which means either your hypothalamus or your pituitary are not working properly so the feedback loop that keeps your T4 levels normal is compromised.
Ive suspected pituitary damage for 18nnth due to bad brain injury. My symptoms are weight gsin and unable to lose (never had a pronlem in 30 years ) dry skin....myscle cramps in places I didnt know I had muscles...sllergy flair ups....dry skin....mikd depression....dull coarse hair. ....I think thats about it x
