Please can any one tell me what colour tablet E... - Thyroid UK
Please can any one tell me what colour tablet Erfa Thyroid is suppose to be.Thank you x
Aha!! If you look at shaws post of yesterday you will see there is an ongoing debarcle regarding Erfa. The ones I got from my private doctor were white - the ones I got online are beige. The beige don't seem to be doing anything. Having the same problem? XX
Mine have always been slightly beige, I get the 125mg 2 grain tablets. The latest batch, 13C06 expiry 03/2016, made in the old factory apparently, look the same but aren't the same ann I'm having an ongoing email discussion with Dr Knafo about this and getting nowhere.
Thank you my batch no is the same 125mg tablets batch 13C06
Are you having problems with them? They were made in the old factory in Belgium apparently. They upset my stomach within half an hour of taking and caused lightheadedness. I'm having an ongoing 'discussion' with Dr Knafo about them and know of one other person with that same batch who's also having problems and being told they're fine and that the batches everyone is complaining about were all made in the new factory. I've just posted in the 'Post' section, so if you're having problems with them please would you take a look and see what I said :), this is like the Armour nightmare! But - if you're not having any problems with them I'd also like to know because that would be equally interesting!

Do you think they're the same as usual or are you having any problems with them? If you think they're the same it might be worth some of us having problems trying to buy that batch and scrapping the 'faulty' ones.
They look the same as the old ones smell the same seem to be ok on them so far been taking them about 3 weeks.Just worrying when you know people are having problems would it mean i could start running down? I am having bad headaches i dont know if it is the tablets or not.
Well I reacted with stomach problems within half an hour of taking quarter of the 2 grain tablets which I was substituting for half a grain of the old ones - sorry that sounds odd - I take 2.5 grains daily so was gradually introducing the new batch for the old after reading the problems some people were having. By the third day I was taking 1 grain old and 1.5 grains new and felt really light-headed and had an awful upset stomach. Because of the problems I was reading I assumed it was the tablets and stopped taking them straight away. People seem to be reporting stomach issues, headaches and a return to hypo symptoms on the new tablets so your headaches may or may not be related. Are they like any headaches you've had in the past? This is so difficult to work out isn't it because I know we shouldn't just assume the worst but equally there's no point in going slowly downhill because it then takes so long to get back up!
I have never had headaches every day like this the worry i have like we all have if it is the tablets then it will cause you to run down then as you said it takes a very long time to get where i was very well i just hope it is not the tablets. But would have to do something i had 500 125mg 500 60mg.if it is
If you have any old tablets you can take I suggest you go back to them and see if the headache goes. Then email Dr Knafo henri.knafo@eci2012.net and tell him about it. I thought it was bad enough having 500 x 125 mgs, but you having the same amount of 60mgs isn't funny, the expense is just awful! I intend to ask Dr Knafo for a refund just as soon as they discover what has gone wrong.
I'm editing this because I wonder if you bought yours from removed In case that's removed by a moderator before you read it I shall PM you.
