Has anyone tried, or trying, Methylation Protocol?

I have read a few protocols by different authors and about to look up Fredd's (I still don't know who Fredd is yet). Any thoughts or experience?

I was thinking to try one at some point. I am still in the research stage though and my brain is slow to grasp new info. I am waiting for surgery so I don't think I'd want to try anything new before then in case my body reacts negatively.

I think Fredd was a member on another forum (for M.E.) who created a protocol. If you Google Fredd Methylation you'll probably see a lot of feedback about his method on that forum.

I do have Neil Nathan's Book and he has protocol in there, plus Sarah Myhill has it on her website...but it keeps changing and I'm not sure which med is the same as another and which makes are OK in the UK., I do use Swanson
