When to take Levo before a blood appointment

I always take my Levo last thing at night, bloods are always taken first thing at my GP's as they are collected for analysis early, does anyone on here 'miss' a does the night before?

Opinion seems to be avoid late night dose prior to early morning blood draw and try to leave 24 hours between last dose and blood draw then take dose immediately after draw.

Why is that does it make a difference to the result and if so what never quite understood this?

If you take your dose shortly before a blood draw you get a false high reading of the recently ingested meds sloshing around in your blood instead of the medication available in your system throughout the day.

I take my meds at night, before going to bed. I always avoid taking the meds the night before a blood draw and aim to get to the vampires by 8.30. I then take my levo tablet immediately after the blood test and take my normal dose that evening at bedtime.
