Sunday 4th May: International Star Wars Day (May the fourth be with you!)

And more seriously,my pre-op assessment will be next Thursday 8th,and providing all's well,the procedure to laser-zap (lithotripsy if you're posh)the kidney stone on the left will be the morning of May 15th. It's a big relief to get these dates - it's easier to lookahead now. As I've spent the last four days in quite a lot of pain,I'll be so relieved to be shot of the source.I seem to be living on Tramadol and Solpadol even more than usual,and probably been doing far too much whinging to be good company!
