What are the symptoms of too much Levo or not enough. Have not been feeling too good since doctor put my Levo down as my tsh was 0.07 he said it was too low.

I cannot remember the phrase which means that your problem is caused unwittingly by the doctor.
Adjusting medication due only to the TSH is WRONG. The explanation is in the answer to the second question.

The word I have found is iatrogenic meaning of any adverse condition in a patient resulting from treatment by a physician. The thing is that's what they have been told is the 'right' way to treat patients.
