Do not like this anxiety. However I am permanently hungry but very slim. Been Hypothyroid for 20 years and never seen an Endo. Keep coming over very hot and bowels looser.

Maybe u are coeliac. I too am slim, always anxious, gut problems. I have Hashimoto's. Be careful of discussing these symptoms with nhs as they will cut your dose straight away. They cannot see the bigger picture. Whether my tsh is high or low, i am always super anxious.

Did these symptoms only start after reducing your thyroid gland meds?

If your GP reduced your dose due only to your TSH, this is a link and the first and second answers should inform you.

Today doc reduced my thyroxine to 100mcgs daily as these were the recent results.

TSH

0.08 mu/l. (0.4 - 4.0)

T4

23.8 pmol/L. (10 - 25)

She has also requested lots of blood tests due to the anxiety, bowel regularity, sweating, weight loss. I thought this was due to tipping over to hyper.

Can someone explain what my results mean please.

You really need a T3 test result - that would prove whether you are hyper or not, because although the TSH and T4 results point that way they are not conclusive.

How do I get a T3 test?
