Hi Sally, cant make it today - hope you have a good session - my read of the month is Donna Eden Energy Medicine and her Energy Medicine for Women - or Google Donna Eden for youtube tasters eg 5 minute energiser. I have put up a video of myself on my fb page trialling self energy testing for food sensitivities - if anyone would like to see tell them to pm me here. I am a total novice but interesting or weird !?!?! XX
