love to come, please keep invites coming but off to London this weekend. Feeling very well at the moment. I chose not to do block and replace, now down to 5mg carbrimazole and bloods all OK, no symptoms. Touching lots of wood. No longer eat wheat or go near caffeine, mainly veg diet.... trying to get to grips with weight put on but feeling a lot calmer and healthier.
