I have been taking 4 a day but now I am wondering if it is time to reduce them as I keep getting loose stools and have trouble sleeping.

I don't know how you can tell when to reduce your adrenal meds , but you must reduce them slowly and only by one at time. I take 4.adrenal max daily and take my last table before 3pm so they don't interfere with my sleep. Been on them now for nearly 12months Dr P tried to reduce mine but I went back into what I call my cave and anxiety was back big time. Hope this helps . X 21again.
