There you are - I alway knew chocolate was good for me! Now all we need is for some very clever scientist to get rid of the massive number of calories it contains. :-)

Oh Shaws! You lovely lady.......Can't believe that until now you've had no replies!

Is there any relevance in the fact that I naturally prefer dark to milk?

Bear in mind I've stared at a large box of chocolates ( milk) given me for Mother's Day and finally weakened! Well, it was a special day and a gift from my lovely son who is in Scotland and not particularly aware of the muscle aches.

Not quite sure what our response should be to this article,but it made good reading X

Chocolate comes from a bean so should be one of our 5 a day!
