Can someone explain to me what an anti-thyroglobulin antibodies test

My anti tpo are 241 IU/ml and

my antithroglobulin antibodies test was 584iu/ml

Hi

This would suggest that you have an auto-immune thyroid problem.

It would be handy if you could post the other thyroid results - TSH/FT4/FT3 with the ranges if you have them.

Also, do you have a diagnosis? Are you on treatment?

What symptoms are you having?

Yes my endo has diagnosed me as hypo and due to start levothyroxine as I can't deal with the tiredness , exhaustion , extreme cold I also have a very slow pulse, feel like I have a lump in my throat thinning of hair . The latest symtom lip twitching , fizzing sensation on the tongue.
