Hi Joey, I am no expert and am about to do urine tests also. looking at your readings I would say your T4 is very low and your t3 is about middle of the range. To me T4 suggest you are not getting enough levo. Do you have any TSH readings, are you on levo? Maybe with that info folks might find it easier to answer you question. I would hope someone could point you in the direction of some information. If you did the tests privately you could always phone the lab and ask to speak to someone about the results. They may be able to put them in context for you. Let me know how you get on!

Thank you all so much. Since being ill and my medication in chaos, I've become allergic to certain brands of Levothyroxine. I've only been taking 12.5 mcg per day otherwise felt toxic. Changing to Almus brand instead of Mercury Pharma seems to have helped, though I know they are both bog standard NHS. I think I might try NDT after 15 years. As you age ( I'm 64) maybe tolerance alters? My doc thought I needed T3 but obviously not, obviously I need a proper dose of T4. Grateful for all replies!
