can someone advise. my daughter has hashimoto's and is on the paleo diet and doing well. but I don't understand her blood results.
Her TSH isn't too low. In fact, if it makes us feel better we can have a suppressed TSH. When on thyroid gland hormones, the best way to tell whether or not you have too much, or too little, is how you feel. I have had the same TSH and the Endocrinologist was fine.
Just for information, this is a link and it is re thyroid testing. It is archived, so some links within may not work:-

Some doctors start to adjust doses up/down of meds according to the TSH which can make the patient worse just because the doctors don't understand how metabolism works.
so does it matter her T3 is a little high? 1.89,
and do you think the levothyroxine is the best option for her.
How does she feel? Has she got any hyper symptoms (fast pulse, feeling hot, sweating) ?
