Can you give more information? How long have you been on current dose and what are you taking? Are you taking your medication well away from any other meds and supplements? We may be able to offer more help if we can see the wider picture. If you have a recent test results with ranges as that can be useful as well. Thanks

These early stages need monitoring. As you start to feel a little better you start to be doing a little more so feel tired again so its a bit of juggling to find a level that's right for you. Really feud pis right about checking your vits and minerals as they need to be at optimum levels for your cells to absorb the medication but be patient as it takes time to stabilise on a dose before you are retested. Its tempting to miss out a few steps but it confuses matters in the long run. We are all different so your optimal dose is right for you but it may be higher or lower than others. Hope all goes well but any problems post and also post if all goes well-we like success stories as well! As you progress you may have to adjust from time to time. I get a set back if I pick up a bug and sometimes you need a slightly higher dose in the winter months so a lot of trial and error but you will get used to listening what your body is tell you.
