TSH level when 1st diagnosed?

Holy hell, I didn't realise it could get that high. Did they say anything to you about it, along the lines of "I can't believe you're still vertical" or similar??

Mine 13, month later 7.3, after that I started to take erfa. I am wondering still if i should wait at that time in the past to see if my thyroid would spring back to normal ? TPO tested on 3 occasions was always negative< 20.

Mine was 316. Docs said they never seen it before and were surprised I hadn't been hospitalised. This was only 2 and a half weeks ago, due for my next blood test next Friday.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Wow! some of these TSH levels were astronomical. I felt unwell at 9 without anti-bodies- those of you with high readings must have felt dreadful. Jax xx
