Please has anyone noticed a difference between half grain and 1 grain ERFA tablets..........swelling up again.

I've just switched taking my dosage from 4 x half grains of ERFA to 2 x 1 grain and I am swelling up again. Do you think the fillers are different in them. My pharmacist says not. My tongue is swelling up again, my eyes and nose. Very puffy. It's definitely not an allergic reaction because its how I was in the beginning with all this Hashi/ hypo nonsense........

Do they just absorb differently? Any thoughts anyone?
