Can you give the range to please. Do you have the T4 result too?
What meds are you on and dosage?
You could well be over-medicated - do you have any other symptoms?

High thyroid hormone levels can cause palpitations and flutters. (To be complete, low thyroid hormone levels can also cause palpitations!)
It is perfectly possible that your thyroid hormone levels are a bit high, which would tend to make your TSH a bit low.
In people who have low TSH even when thyroid hormone levels are fine or low, we do not tend to read that they have flutters. So it doesn't seem to be caused by TSH being low but because of the high thyroid hormone levels the low TSH reflects (if things are working properly).

Hi Medics will say so. Mine has always been immeasurable. So long as Pituitary gland has been ruled out, 24 hour urine collection. Make sure your FT3 is OK. My heart is much worse if FT3 too high or too low for me. Both problems many years. My Endo and I understand this.
Atrial fibrillation is a common link with thyroid, Thyroid disease often causes an early onset of AF, I am sure you have read all my posts about it diagnosing it. If not , get back to me.
Best wishes,
Jackie
My tsh has been suppressed for a few years now and I don't suffer with palpitations. I did have palpitations when I was I medicated. The tsh blood test is unreliable, it is better to go by free t 3 and free t4.
Doctors are always going to blame what they don't agree with I.e t3 or natural desiccated meds or when TSH is not in range. Also most doctors do not understand that meds with t3 in them will lower TSH.
