Well after stopping 1 grain of Erfa 2 weeks ago, as NHS doctor will not prescribe, I hit the wall a couple of days ago. Lost all my spoons. I had forgotten how ill I can feel. Just got to the point where just breathing was an effort. I have had to slow down and count my spoons since.

Will the doctor prescribe Levothyroxine? Alternatively, you can buy Erfa online without a scrip. I hope you can do something to recover your spoons.
