Hi
Sorry you had no replies - for future reference, people tend to get a better response in the Questions section.
Hopefully someone with relevant knowledge will pick this up from latest activity..
It would be handy to know:
Your latest thyroid bloods with the ranges.
Which levo and what dosage.
How you are feeling exactly.
This information will better help people to offer informed support...

I felt worse on levothyroxine but I seem to have an issue converting it to the active form. Some people find this is because they have low iron levels or low ferritin (stored iron). If your ferritin is below 70 you may find you feel a lot better with your thyroxine if you take an iron supplement. It is important that you don't take the iron at the same time of day as your thyroxine.
Coconut oil won't cute hypothyroidism but some people find that it helps with their health and metabolism in conjunction with their thyroxine. A few people find that even when all their vitamins and minerals are good, they still don't feel well and need to resort to alternative thyroid hormones such as dedicated pig thyroid or t3.
Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
