Half thyroid removed 2001 & high antibodies

I had half my thyroid removed in 2001 & since have tested with antibodies around 600. I have an annual blood test and am on 100mcg? Levothyroxine. Although my test results are OK can antibodies and having half a thyroid affect me healthwise without test results showing a change since last year.

I am starting to suffer with tingly toes & have had an itchy back for years. I am putting on weight, always tired. Any advice would be much appreciated.
