Have you had your calcium levels checked? I do get this when hypothyroid but very much worse when my calcium levels were low.

Hi

I often get the internal shaking and my lips sort of tingle but also feel numbish. I don't always get them together though.

I think the shaking can also be adrenal fatigue.

I am going to look into getting my adrenals checked.

I did not know about the calcium that debjs said but last time I had mine checked the level was good.

I was told after my thyroid surgery to look out for tingling in lips ,hands etc as this is a sign of low calcium so drink a pint of milk until you can get hold of some calcium tablets and get checked by doctor.

I get internal shaking too, along with internal pains and brief spasms. Sorry I don't know what it is, had my calcium checked and told it was good, could still be that as maybe my levels have changed.
