I have no direct experiences with the above but they are both autoimmune conditions. Have you looked into low dose naltrexone?

Hi there, You really must have a good rheumatologist for this, it is for instance common to have thyroid problems if you have an autoimmune condition. I myself have Systemic Lupus, Hughes Syndrome, Sjogrens, Psoriatic Arthropathy and a slow thyroid. So.. if you have Lupus, make sure that you also rule out Hughes Syndrome, otherwise known as APS, often in families a history of multiple miscarriages, severe migraines and other
autoimmune conditions or just general thryoid problems. It is also very common with Hughes Syndrome to have gluten intolerance or Coeliac Disease. Mary F x
