Looks a good balance to me... was on 40mg carb in Feb for T4 at nearly 70, now on 2.5 to 5mg carb.... had gone a bit low but up a bit now and feel back to normal......so happy....! Thanks I hope to this site's support, info, acupuncture, diet and massage.....

hi tilly , great news for you , but it may be useful for others on this site to know the ranges that your lab works to to evaluate the results [ so many have different ranges ] ..... alan

TSH normal up to 4, T4 should be 12 to 26 and T3 around 4 to 8....
