Well I am absolutely done in with all this adrenaline and panic attacks, it's got worse and worse these last few weeks I just done know what's going on

Hi i had a 24 hour saliva test done about two years ago, i went to see Dr P but could not tolerate NAX etc so no not really, test came back as low all through the day

It has information on low cortisol. Read item 7. I use HC using cream. I can't advise whether or not it would help you, but I do know that when I started using it, I made the mistake of starting on too low a dose and did get adrenaline surges, which went away when I raised the dose.

My adrenalin problems stopped almost immediately when I started using hydrocortisone. I was prescribed sertraline for anxiety which didnt do anything and I now know it was due to adrenalin. It is best to do some tests before you are thinking of starting. I find adrenalsweb.org/ useful explaining the self test you can do, such as temps 3 times a day and pupil test.
