Has anyone found that taking supplements has upset their stomach or caused nausea?I know I have an extremely sensitive stomach but I don't seem to be able to take any vitamin or mineral supplements for long without getting nauseous and feeling really yuck.
Di you take them in the middle of a meal? Which are you taking? I make sure everything I take apart from my Levo and T3 are taken during the course of a meal.
I used to feel awful when I took supplements. I discovered I had an inability to metabolise B12 in the form of cyanocobalamin and folic acid (a man-made chemical) I now take a brilliant supplement which conatinhs these nutrients (along with many others) in the form of methylcobalamin and Lmethylfolatre which are readily available for the body to use.
