Hi, just stumbled upon your post and I've been getting the odd hyperthyroid symptom or two.

I can relate to you about restless legs. Not sure if that is what I've got, but I get fizzy feelings in my right leg when in bed and especially when my boyfriend gives me a foot massage.

I've also been losing weight but I'm not sure if that's because of the thyroxine. I've been eating a lot more lately and even though I'm not active the weight isn't staying put at all.

Best wishes

Jo

Hi Jo, thanks for your reply. Have u been diagnosed? I have so many symptons and in process of changing gp to try and find a supportive one and not keep getting diagnosed with depression! Legs feel very fidgety and can't keep still. Hope you feel better soon, all the best x

Calcium and Magnesium are both nerve/muscle calmers. I found both together effective taken at bedtime.

Hi

I have Graves and suffered a lot from this, I take magnesium daily and calcium once a week. My calcium levels are really good but one pill a week doesn't hurt. I also take Vit D3 and Aloe Vera pills and the problem does seem to have gone away.

I hope you get sorted soon.
