Yes it is a great article. Ian wrote one for another paper too and has his own blog. He recently joined this forum too. It's great that a writer/journalist can write his experience so eloquently to raise awareness. If I wrote my story for a paper I think it would cure the world's insomnia problem ;)

Me too.. sadly it's not going to be read by anyone able to change much!
