“Research shows that colostrum can restore a leaky gut lining to normal permeability levels, and reduce movement of toxins and gut microbes into the bloodstream.”
The article link I posted earlier is about possible benefits of colustrum
awkward question time..... shouldn't the newborn calves be getting the colostrum instead of us ? ...i thought there was only a very small amount produced before the real milk comes in.but it does make sense that it would do good thing's for the priming gut microbiome and the immune system, being as how that is it's job in nature.

Doesn’t deprive newborn . She is careful to source most ethical products.
that's alright then i'm in no position to take the moral high ground anyway having just bought 4pints of milk in a plastic bottle.
Very interesting article. Out of interest where do you get your colostrum from ? I’ve used a colostrum product in the past when I was very sick with Lyme - it was by Researched Nutritionals. V expensive but it did help me at the time. Thanks
Thank you for this link very interesting indeed
